I'm stunned that Toyota only has one third of a person monitoring what's said about the company on the Web. At least one of my clients could gainfully employ two people full time to do this (as I frequently recommend they do -- and take the required funding directly from the marketing budget, since it'll do a lot more good than yet another e-mail marketing campaign). And my clients are way smaller than Toyota.
