The Silver Company, a public relations and interactive marketing firm, was hired by Maquette Online Media to conduct interactive ad sales efforts for Kitchenette.com, an online food, dining and entertainment Web site.
Silver will assist in developing collateral advertising sales materials and implementing national ad sales campaigns for the site. Billings were not disclosed.
Bob Silver, president of the Silver Company, said that San Francisco-based Kitchenette developed a unique site that is focused on “celebrating Bay Area experiences of the palate. It offers enough information about food, drinks, and entertainment to satisfy your most gluttonous online urges.”
Kitchenette is created and produced each month by Maquette Online, a Web site design and consulting firm based in San Francisco that produces commercial, corporate, and commerce sites for companies across the United States.
The Silver Company’s public relations division developed and implemented strategic communications programs for a variety of companies. Its Internet advertising sales division provides services such as competitive analysis, inventory and sponsorship development, ad management consulting and sales, the company stated.
