Poindexter hires Norm Page to head Western sales; News Corp. names an exec to lead Internet acquisitions.

Poindexter Systems hired Norm Page as VP of Western sales. He joins from Kontera Technologies, prior to which he was with DoubleClick.

News Corporation promoted Jeremy Philips to a position with oversight of Internet investments and acquisitions. His title is EVP, office of the chairman, and he’ll report to Rupert Murdoch.

Canadian interactive agency Rare Method will develop online games to support the release of “GOOSE!” The film, scheduled for spring release, stars Chevy Chase and a talking goose.

Accipiter signed two new customers, CareerSpecific and infoUSA, to use its AdManager ad serving platform.
