Guy Seese joins Grey San Francisco; Briggs Ferguson moves to Idearc; Hakan Lindskog joins Neverblue Media.

Guy Seese joined Grey San Francisco as executive creative director. Seese comes to Grey West from Goodby, Silverstein & Partners where he was creative director and associate partner.

Briggs Ferguson was designated president of Internet business at Idearc. He will lead the company’s Internet, Web products, and pay-for-performance advertising solutions. Ferguson was previously CEO of Citysearch at IAC/InterActive Corp.

Affiliate marketing firm Neverblue Media named Hakan Lindskog president. The current president and co-founder of the Canadian company, Todd Dunlop, plans to transition the recently formed board of advisors. Lindskog has experience in direct marketing, media, and e-commerce, and was most recently managing director of Time Life.

Jumpstart Automotive promoted Joe Kyriakoza to vice president of national advertiser solutions. Kyriakoza has been VP, product strategy, for two years, and will now take on a newly-created position that combines national sales and product strategy.

Barneys New York selected Proclivity Systems. The vendor will provide the revenue optimization platform for the company’s e-commerce site.

Bob Carrigan was promoted to CEO of IDG Communications Worldwide. Carrigan was previously CEO of the U.S. region of IDG. He will see media operations including online, events, and print, in 85 countries.

Will Pendergast was named director of search engine optimization at Range Online Media. Pendergast worked at CompUSA for nearly 20 years and most recently served as senior director of e-commerce.

Marchex and the Cobalt Group partnered to provide an online and offline call-based advertising solution. The service offers call tracking and pay-per-phone-call services to Cobalt’s local auto dealers across North America using Marchex’s VoiceStar subsidiary.
