Internet guide network About.com signed a content alliance and advertising agreement With HotJobs.com Ltd., a career site for experienced professionals.
The agreement calls for HotJobs.com to build, maintain and host targeted, co-branded job listings sites. About.com’s users will be able to access the co-branded sites at the home page, channel and guide site level.
To promote the job sites, HotJobs.com signed a multi-year advertising agreement with About.com (formerly the Mining Company) and will promote the co-branded sites across the About.com network. Financial arrangements were not disclosed.
The agreement initially covers seven channels: Business/Careers; Computing/Technology; Finance/Investing; Health/Fitness; Internet/Online; News/Media and Home/Family. The integrated Web sites are scheduled to launch by June 30.
