Aguilera joins Google as general director for Spain and Portugal; MusicNet's Greenberg joins Gemstar-TV Guide as head of TVGuide.com; Mass Transit Interactive Founder Burnham launches consultancy.

Google hired Isabel Aguilera as general director for Spain and Portugal. She was previously the director of operations for Grupo NH Hoteles and an advisor to Dell on its strategy for Spain, Italy and Portugal.

Gemstar-TV Guide International hired Paul Greenberg as general manager for TVGuide.com. He joins from MusicNet, where he was senior VP of global business development and partner relations.

One of the founders of Mass Transit Interactive, Jason Burnham, set up a new consultancy called Burnham Marketing. He recently left Horizon Media, which bought Mass Transit last year.

iKnowtion hired Valerie Gopinath as an analytic director on its behavioral sciences team. She was most recently senior analytic manager at PreVision Marketing.

Q Interactive has joined the E-mail Sender and Provider Coalition (ESPC). The group, founded in 2002, promotes “standards and policies that reward responsible email marketing and helps the long-term growth and viability of the industry.”

GreenForGood.com hired Seattle Times technology writer Paul Andrews as VP of content. The online resource compiles and ranks eco-friendly products.

Online video network ROO hired Max Moore as VP of business development in Europe. Moore was VP of business development and partnerships for Miva. He will be based in the company’s new London offices.

Audible tapped NETexponent to handle its affiliate programs, media partnerships and search marketing. The assignment covers growth and management of the company’s “custom partnership network.”

Online art buying resource artnet tapped Winstar, a division of Interep Interactive, to represent its ad inventory. The site presents artwork from various galleries and provides pricing and market index information.

Accipiter Solutions added Australian online media network Sensis MediaSmart as an ad serving client. The company previously used Doubleclick’s DART platform.
