Rishad Tobaccowala, 39, was named president of the new unit. He had been president at Giant Step in Chicago, another Burnett unit that designs Web sites and advertising for the Internet. At Giant Step, Adam Heneghan, 29, chief operating officer, will take on the additional duties of president; Eric Heneghan, 31, continues as chief executive.
