Creativision Publishing Corp. in Dallas launched an online demonstration of its developing WebGroove Relate adaptive personalization technology.
The company said its adaptive personalization analyzes click-stream data to deliver highly targeted content, advertising, and product recommendations based on an individual’s interests. Content targeting criteria can also be automatically adjusted over time based on audience response. The online demonstration is available here.
Creativision said WebGroove Relate will have an open architecture to allow software developers and development agencies to create applications that harness the technology.
“Response from developers has been incredible,” said Floyd Bargy, vice president of business development, “Our open architecture appeals to developers because they can create specialized applications based on this technology.”
“WebGroove Relate embodies the best of the next generation of personalization software,” said Robert Muller, chief technology officer of Compelling Content. “The way it’s designed gives us a lot of latitude for incorporating it into almost anything we develop. Yet the experience is totally transparent to the end user.”
WebGroove Relate will be released in time for Spring Internet World. An alpha version will be available to select agencies and developers Nov. 1.
