Dentsu America using Eyeblaster's ad tools; AdEx CEO Rewick resigns suddenly.
Dentsu America taps Eyeblaster. Agency is using Eyeblaster’s MediaMind platform for engagement metrics such as “dwell time.” Dentsu switched from PointRoll.
AdEx Media CEO Scott Rewick steps down. Rewick resigned last Thursday “to pursue other interests,” the company said in a statement. The company has not selected a replacement CEO. Chairman Joe Abrams will run things in the interim.
Creative agency Attik hires two, promotes two. The hires are Katherine Stout, account director on the Scion account, and Cory Pierce, planning director. Abby Green was promoted to senior account executive on Scion, and Oliver Ralph was elevated to director of business development.
WebVisible hires VP of product. Doug LaBahn joins the local marketing agency from Experian, where he was recently VP of strategy and innovation.
DataXu hires up in sales. Joining the Boston-based provider of demand-side ad technology are Steven Golus, VP of sales, and Adrian Tompsett, director of business development.
Burst Media promotes Ryan Gould. Previously New York sales manager, Gould becomes VP of national sales. Separately, Tim Taylor was named West Coast sales director at Giant Realm, a division of Burst.
Josh Glantz joins Publishers Clearing House in online role. As general manager of PCH Online, his team focuses on casual and social gaming, savings, offers, and promotions.
ValueClick Media promotes Tim Rogers. Rogers becomes regional sales manager, Northwest. He’ll have responsibility for the network’s San Francisco sales team.
