iCrossing becomes first search marketing agency to join the MMA, The New York Times hires Khoi Vinh and ClickCulture builds new e-commerce and marketing site for Bigelow Tea.

iCrossing has become the first search marketing agency to join the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA). The agency will serve on MMA’s mobile search working group, which seeks to define standards for advertising on the search interfaces of handheld devices.

The New York Times has hired Khoi Vinh as design director for NYTimes.com. He joins from Behavior Design, whose clients have included HBO and The Onion.

ClickCulture built a new e-commerce and marketing site for Bigelow Tea. The specialty tea maker is a longtime client.
