And the Winners Are...

In recognition of its 10th anniversary, the ClickZ Network today conferred 10 awards in 10 categories to products, services, businesses, and people who’ve made the most significant contribution to the industry.

Google was named “Innovation of the Decade,” while its founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin shared the award for “Person of the Decade.” The names of the eight other winners can be found at ClickZ’s awards announcement.

Speakers at the event, held at the Gotham Hall in New York City, included Rebecca Lieb, ClickZ Network’s editor-in-chief; Douglas Rushkoff, the author and host of two award-winning PBS Frontline documentaries, and David Weinberger, co-author of the Cluetrain Manifesto and fellow at Harvard Law School’s Berkman Center for Internet and Society.
