Top strategist elaborates on Unilever's plan to double its digital spend this year.
Cannes, France– Unilever CMO Keith Weed said today the CPG giant will double its digital budgets this year.
Afterward, ClickZ spoke with Babs Rangaiah, the company’s VP of global communication planning. Rangaiah is one of Unilever’s top marketing strategists and an interactive vet, having worked at Agency.com from 1999 to 2002. He was with a group of Unilever execs that toured the West Coast earlier this year, meeting with Yahoo, MSN, Amazon, Google, Facebook, and Apple. In the video below, he talks about global spending priorities, technology partnerships, and mobile’s place in the mix.
