According to the research data, 46% of tablet users who have a bad website experience would be driven to the website of similar competitors that boast tablet-enhanced and user-friendly sites, highlighting the urgency of the situation.
Interestingly, Apple’s hold over the tablet market also seems to be shifting, with 63% of the tablet market now being Android and 33% Apple, a significant change from a year ago, which saw Apple in control of 60% per cent of the market, compared to Android’s 38%.
Incorporating tablets into company web strategies is a wise move that reflects the need to get ahead of the ever-changing digital landscape, and one that should be definitely made sooner rather than later.
