Engage Names Two Senior Executives
Engage Technologies , a provider of precisiononline marketing technology, named Peter Steiner as vice president ofworldwide sales and Michael K. Baker as vice president of business affairs andgeneral counsel.

Engage Technologies, a provider of precision online marketing technology, named Peter Steiner as vice president of worldwide sales and Michael K. Baker as vice president of business affairs and general counsel.
Steiner will be responsible for establishing strategic direction and international expansion for worldwide sales for Engage’s Internet precision profiling and ad management solutions. Baker will be responsible for managing all aspects of business and legal affairs for Engage.
“We are extremely pleased to welcome two industry veterans to our senior executive management team,” said Paul Schaut, CEO and president of Engage. “Mike’s extensive knowledge pertaining to Internet law and Peter’s proven sales experience will serve as immediate assets to Engage as we continue to expand to meet the increasing demand of our clients’ global business needs.”
Steiner, a 17-year sales veteran, previously served as senior vice president of sales for career site The Monster Board. Prior to joining The Monster Board, Steiner spent 11 years at Hewlett Packard, where he held various positions in sales and marketing.
Prior to joining Engage, Baker practiced corporate and intellectual property law with Palmer & Dodge LLP in Boston, MA and Wiley, Rein & Fielding in Washington, DC.
