Euro RSCG 4D Impact names experiential marketing exec; Scott Moore returns to Microsoft; Pontiflex garners nonprofit clients

Euro RSCG 4D Impact added experiential marketing to its executive portfolio.Erik Hauser accepted the newly-created position of vice president, executive creative director of experiential marketing at Euro RSCG 4D Impact. Hauser founded Swivel Media in 2000, and created the online discussion group Experiential Marketing Forum.

Microsoft brought back Moore. Scott Moore will return to Microsoft, this time as U.S. executive producer to lead content and programming strategy for the MSN online service, reports All Things Digital Moore was at Yahoo through December, and reportedly has explored plans for a startup. In the past year at Yahoo he was promoted to head of news and information. His original role at Yahoo was VP of content operations within the media group. Moore left Microsoft in 2005 after serving as MSN’s general manager of programming.

Two nonprofits chose Pontiflex for cost-per-lead campaigns.Environmental Defense Fund and the U.S. Fund for UNICEF both selected Pontiflex for its cost-per-lead advertising. The Environmental Defense Fund is using Pontiflex to build a database of qualified, opt-in supporters.

Marcel Media expanded with new clients. Chicago-based Internet marketing agency gained 14 new clients including Assemblies Unlimited, Balani, Children’s Memorial Hospital, Dental Salon, DePaul University, Lindermann Chimney Supply, NCSA Sports, Nimlok Company, Paslode, Performance Trust, TyTy Nursery, Weusau Homes, Prime Insurance.com, and Your Labels Now. Work for the new clients includes search engine optimization, social media marketing, and local marketing campaigns in top geographic regions.

Gold Lasso partnered with GoodMail Systems for its CertifiedEmail program. Gold Lasso, an on-demand e-mail marketing software added the CertifiedEmail seal to earn trust and verify sender legitimacy for its clients.

Tribune Interactive appointed Erica Thornton CFO and SVP. Thornton will manage financial and operational planning activities for the firm’s interactive operations, including the Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, and associated Web sites. She was most recently VP of finance for Clear Channel Chicago.
