HP renews with DoubleClick Performics; Gorilla Nation names Stodder to head sales strategy; Style.com taps Enpocket to power mobile.
Hewlett-Packard re-upped with DoubleClick Performics for search marketing. DoubleClick Performics had worked with HP for two years, and will continue to buy and manage search terms for HP for another two.
Gorilla Nation hired Matt Stodder as VP, sales strategy and operations. The online ad rep firm hired Stodder from Yahoo, where he was director of ad solutions for Yahoo Entertainment.
Style.com tapped Enpocket to power its mobile Web experience and mobile advertising efforts. The fashion site launched the mobile system in conjunction with the Fashion Week event.
Woods Witt Dealy & Sons launched campaign, including a microsite, for Butternuts Beer & Ale. The New York State microbrewery had not done any formal marketing before selecting the agency.
Teen-oriented virtual world Habbo named Peter Levin to its board of directors. Levin is currently president and co-founder of Bellrock Media.
Millennial Media hired Peter Bassett as SVP of advertising sales. The cross-platform mobile advertising company hired Bassett from Community Connect, where he was senior vice president of advertising sales.
