McCann Worldwide hires duo Denberg and Hirsch; Pollinate Media launches in Portland, OR.
McCann Worldwide Group made several creative appointments in its San Francisco office. Josh Denberg and Paul Hirsch both joined as senior vice presidents and group creative directors. Both were most recently VP and creative directors at Leo Burnett in Chicago. Before that both were associate creative directors at Goodby, Silverstein, & Partners.
Pivotal Veracity added Alterian as a client. Alterian will add Pivotal Vericaity’s e-mail marketing platform, Dynamic Messenger, to its marketing mix.
Digital agency Pollinate Media launched in Portland, Oregon. The agency has an emphasis on mobile and location-based marketing, interactive advertising, creative, and innovative technologies. Levi Patterson and Ben Waldron are partners.
Mobile game ad network Greystripe and Celltick signed a deal to deliver ad-supported mobile games. Celltick delivers solutions for idle mobile screens.
Office Depot implemented Coremetrics’ Intelligent Offer product to optimize its customers’ online shopping experience. The move will allow it to generate recommendations to shoppers based on browsing, shopping, and purchasing information.
