Razorshish makes changes in its Seattle office; Starcom names a new mobile director; Linden Labs hires an agency for a redesign.
Razorfish promoted a round of executives and hired another in its Seattle office. Matt Albert was promoted from senior account director to client partner. Frank Kochenash was promoted from strategy director to vice president, strategy and CIG. Alison Lohse was promoted from associate media director to media director. Mike Reader was promoted from senior account planner to director of account planning. Christopher Esposito was hired as director, user experience.
Starcom named Brandon Starkoff mobile director. Starkoff, who has been VP and global director at the full-service media agency, has been named the mobile activation director at Starcom. He will lead agency activities in the way of mobile media activation and investment. In addition to his existing role, which encompasses global client services duties, Starkoff will assume responsibility for applying emerging solutions and trends in the mobile space.
Linden Lab selected Big Spaceship to consult on its user experience design. The creators of the virtual world Second Life will use Brooklyn-based creative agency Big Spaceship to consult and develop a new user experience strategy for both the Web and viewer interfaces of their 3D online world.
Lowe New York created a new ad campaign for Aruba Tourism Authority. “90,000 Friends You Haven’t Met Yet,” is the new campaign for Aruba Tourism Authority created by Lowe New York. The campaign will have print, transit, and digital ads running in national and key regional markets.
