RMG Connect names new North America CEO; PointRoll and ScanScout form video ad partnership.
RMG Connect named Mark Miller president and CEO of North America. Miller previously served as RMG’s president of the New York, Atlanta, and Dallas region. In addition to those offices, he will now oversee offices in the U.S. and Canada, and direct creative and business intelligence offerings for all clients. RMG Connect is JWT’s global digital and relationship marketing network.
PointRoll and ScanScout formed a partnership. The two companies will work together to enable a video ad offerings for brands.
Gorilla Nation was chosen to exclusively represent Hallmark.com. Hallmark.com, a family lifestyle vertical, traditional sold only cross-media marketing programs, providing online components to augment print sales. Gorilla Nation will focus on site-specific ad sales.
Online social marketing firm Powered named Kathy Warren to VP, account planning and management. Warren has been at Powered for three years in strategic account management. Before joining Powered, Warren held marketing positions at AMD.
Quattro Wireless and Metacafe formed a partnership for mobile video and targeted advertising. Quattro will power Metacafe’s mobile site of short-form original video content and inventory of brand advertisers.
FetchBack opened an office in New York City. The Madison Avenue office will operate as a satellite to the Tempe, AZ, headquarters of the online behavioral marketing firm specializing in retargeting.
