Execs & Accounts: Rokkan, iPerceptions, Epic

Rokkan made AOR for Virgin America; Hearst-Argyle works with iPerceptions; Epic promotes two execs.

Hearst-Argyle Television chose Web analytics firm iPerceptions to gain more insights into its TV site audiences. Its sites are based in Kansas, New Hampshire, Orlando, and Sacramento.

Virgin America picked Rokkan as its Web agency of record. The digital shop has worked with Virgin America since the airline launched. Rokkan has offices in New York and San Francisco.

AzoogleAds owner Epic Advertising has promoted two execs. SVP of Operations Charles Nowaczek has been named chief operating officer and will head up global business operations, including sales support, product development, program management, and facilities. Former VP of Finance Young Kim is now SVP of finance, in charge of handling the firm’s accounting and finances.

Karma Media Labs hired John O’Hara as director of social media production. O’Hara was formerly director of digital media for NBC.com where he worked on NBC’s “Heroes.”

Allen & Gerritsen has hired Melissa Romig as digital media director. Romig hails from Carat, where she served as media director. At A&G, she will work with the agency’s Connections Planning group.
