Theorem adds Microsoft Advertising as a client; Specific Media opens Norway office.
Theorem signed Microsoft Advertising as a client and doubled its London-based staff. New hires at the online media operations and data firm include account managers to oversee the ad operations, campaign data analysis and consulting services the firm offers for Europe-based clients.
Behavioral advertising network Specific Media opened an office in Norway. Andre Smedsrud will head up the Oslo-based operation, having previously held roles at Advertising.com and Publicis. Dagfinn Melberg will manage publisher services, having also worked at Advertising.com and, prior to that, Doubleclick in Norway.
Digital agency Blue Barracuda appointed Ken Cheung as its new affiliate manager. Managing staff in Estonia and London, Cheung will be responsible for Blue Barracuda’s affiliate programs for clients such as Pizza Hut, BAA, and Hamleys. He joins the firm from rival agency Altogether Digital.
