Google Maps "underwater street view" hunts for Loch Ness Monster

Google unveiled the “underwater street view” of the famous body of water, where 'Nessie' swims its murky depths, collected with the assistance of Catlin Seaview Survey to mark the anniversary of that 1931 “Surgeon’s Photograph”.

Google has taken their infamous street-view under the waves in Scotland on the anniversary of the 1931 “Surgeon’s Photograph” of the Loch Ness Monster.

Google unveiled the “underwater street view” of the famous body of water, where ‘Nessie’ swims its murky depths, collected with the assistance of Catlin Seaview Survey.

“You can imagine Nessie nestling within these dark, peat-filled waters, waiting for the right moment to breach the surface into the Scottish sunlight above,” said Google’s Sven Tresp.
