Hannah discusses the importance of mobile to Silverstone’s digital strategy, as well as its use of social media channels to deliver both reactive customer service and encourage the proactive creation of user generated content across its different customer bases. Finally, she reflects on the importance of the IDM’s role in maintaining and improving standards within the industry, as well as the valuable opportunities it provides for networking.
