National advertising includes television and radio commercials, print ads, direct mail and links and advertising on other high-traffic. Spending and agency details were not disclosed. The business-to-business site claims more than 10 million page views per month.
“The focus of our marketing efforts is to communicate www.infoUSA.com as the one-stop resource on the Internet for businesses and entrepreneurs to manage and grow their business,” said infoUSA.com President Bill Chasse. “We are already seeing an increase in list sales and registered users.”
infoUSA provides information used for direct marketing, telemarketing, marketing planning, lead generation, sales planning, customer analysis and credit reference.
infoUSA databases power the directory services of InfoSpace, Yahoo, Microsoft and AOL. The company has partnership agreements with several Internet companies, including Mapquest.com, DoubleClick, Network Solutions, Dell and Zip2.
