On January 31, ClickZ hosted the first in a series of Buyers Forums in New York. Attended by over 40 senior marketers from brands and agencies, the event was an opportunity to share the insights drawn from our research into market-leading bid management technologies.
Our first Buyers Guide covers 6 leading vendors and is the result of an extensive period of analysis, comprised of over 1,600 ClickZ and Search Engine Watch community survey results, in-depth vendor interviews, and expert opinions from the paid search industry.
The Buyers Forums create a platform to reveal the results, but also to foster a sense of community among marketers trying to navigate the complex, modern technology landscape. Ultimately, our aim is to help our community arrive at more informed decisions and long-term partnerships with the right vendors for their requirements.
During the event, we caught up with Pierson Curtis, Growth Marketing Manager at Grubhub, to discuss the trends set to define the paid search industry in 2018 and beyond.
We covered the fundamentals that a bid management software package needs to fulfill to help marketers succeed, along with some predictions about how visual search might re-shape Google’s advertising options.
If you missed the event in New York we will be presenting the research one more time in London on February 21. You can grab your pass here.
