Online print shop iPrint.com and Excite Inc. are teaming up for a special promotion that gives Excite email users the opportunity to design and order 100 professionally printed business cards from iPrint.com free of charge.
The companies said it is the first Internet promotion that provides free business cards for signing up for an email service.
“Offering free business cards to Excite email participants provides Excite with an innovative way to attract and keep customers,” said Royal P, Farros, president and CEO of iPrint.com. “The cards offer a tangible way to promote the email service while giving consumers the chance to find out how easy and convenient the iPrint.com service is to use.”
The promotion will be limited to 10,000 customers, and includes those who currently have Excite email accounts as well as new email customers. Excite visitors will access iPrint.com via a special page link that takes them directly to a business card template containing the user’s Excite email address. The business cards have a retail value of $14.99 and customers need only to pay for shipping.
iPrint.com also markets letterheads, envelopes, labels, personalized Post-It Notes, gift items such as t-shirts, mouse pads and clocks, and promotional products including customizable golf balls and Polo shirts.
