San Francisco-based Ken Margolis Associates’ Premium Network said it has launched a promotions department that includes legal and travel agency services for advertisers seeking to use a sweepstakes as a marketing vehicle.
The department gives Premium Network advertisers the option of adding beyond-the-banner promotions featuring sweepstakes and giveaways designed to augment Internet advertising campaigns.
“Sweepstakes and giveaways are one of the most effective ways to draw people to a site,” said Premium Network president Ken Margolis. “But coordinating all the aspects of a sweepstakes is often beyond the scope of an advertiser’s expertise. We want to make the process one-stop and simple.”
Premium Network hosts a variety of channels including the family-related and casual gaming network gamingfamily.com. Other channels include music, financial and business sites.
Banner ads to announce a sweepstakes and the Web pages needed to explain the promotion after click-through will be provided by the Premium Network design team. All of the travel arrangements and sweepstakes details will be handled by legal and travel experts selected by the network.
