New media agency Razorfish is expected to announce this week the 100 percent acquisition of Los Angeles based media, according to the Silicon Alley Reporter.

Razorfish reportedly positioned the acquisition as a boost to its “Digital Change Management” solutions program.

> media was founded in 1996 by Richard D. Titus and Stephen Anspach, by winning contract work with NASA. Other clients include Intel, QUALCOMM, Microsoft, Jim Henson Productions, Urban Decay Cosmetics and Twentieth Century Fox.
