Social tool HootSuite reigns supreme with top firms

With as many engagement tools as pictures of Kim Kardashian’s posterior, LeadSift investigated Fortune 100 firms to determine which tool was the most used to measure their social presence online.

With the volcanic rise of social media demanding brands get on board with social networks such as Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest, endless engagement tools have been born out of the social clutter – but which one is the best?

With as many engagement tools as pictures of Kim Kardashian’s posterior on her Instagram account, LeadSift investigated the most socially active Fortune 100 firms to determine which tools they were using to manage their social presence online.

The research found that 36% were using HootSuite, which finished first ahead of ExactTarget and Sprinklr.

LeadSift have collated their findings in this infographic, which looks at the social tools and platforms being used by Fortune 100 brands.
