A new report conducted by Campaign Asia-Pacific and Econsultancy has revealed that a massive 66% of businesses in Asia plan to increase their digital marketing budgets in the next year.
The State of Digital Marketing in Asia 2013 Report also reveals that companies are spending an average of 29% of their total marketing budgets on digital, up from 26% in 2012.
When questioned on revenue growth, 66% the companies answered that 50% of their total revenues come from digital marketing, with 16% saying they derived over 70% of their earnings from digital investment.
As the world is swept up in the digital revolution, companies are under pressure to stay flexible in order to adapt to the digital changes and survive, or fall behind and risk putting their future growth at risk.
