WindowsMedia.com is MSN’s guide to audio and video on the Web.

Also for the second straight week, Uproar, an online game show network, claimed two spots, including No. 1, on the Top Ad Banners list. Uproar ranked 39th in the Top Advertisers list for the week ending Aug. 22, falling seven spots
