An Australian betting firm is facing the wrath of the online community after targeting the girlfriend of Manchester United striker, James Wilson, and telling him he can do better.

An Australian betting firm is facing the wrath of the online community after targeting the girlfriend of Manchester United striker James Wilson.

Odds Checker Au posted an image of Wilson and his girlfriend – attending a recent event – alongside this caption: “Sure she’s a lovely girl but someone needs to remind James Wilson he’s a pro footballer. Start abusing this privilege.”

The company has since apologised and deleted the tweet.
