Execs & Accounts: Moxie, Perez Hilton, Goodmail

Moxie Media hires one and promotes two; Perez Hilton goes mobile with Crisp; Goodmail names VP of channel sales.

Zenith’s Moxie added a new VP and promotes two. Michael Winter, vice president and group media director, joined Moxie from Agency.com where he was media director. Moxie promoted Andrew Lovasz to vice president and search director. Chris Pickett was promoted to vice president of technology, where he will run the Verizon Internet sales and marketing account.

Perez Hilton’s mobile site is powered by Crisp Wireless. The celebrity blogger selected Crisp to build the site at m.perezhilton.com. Readers have the ability to share posts with others through SMS texting and e-mail, and can search the entire site’s archives from their mobile phones.

Goodmail Systems named Pam Haas VP of channel sales. Haas joined the creator of CertifiedEmail to head up sales for the company’s flagship product and its new suite of inbox-based advertising and e-commerce products. Haas was most recently VP of sales and business development at Alliant Cooperative Data Solutions. Prior to that post she held sales management positions at Equifax and e-mail service provider Bigfoot Interactive, now Epsilon.

Sherwin-Williams selected McKinney as its agency of record. McKinney will serve as Sherwin-Williams’ agency for online ad campaigns and other media.

GameStop will distribute mobile coupons courtesy of Cellfire. Through Cellfire, GameStop’s mobile coupons will be redeemable at approximately 4,200 GameStop retail locations.

Kontera named Hal Muchnick as president. Muchnick was previously EVP and general manager at Operative. He also served as VP of global sales and account management at DoubleClick, and was COO of LowerMyBills.com.

The Online Publisher’s Association added new members. New members include American Express Publishing, BeliefNet, Harvard Business Publishing, HuffingtonPost, National Public Radio, Readers Digest, Reed Business Information, TopTenReviews, and Westwood One.

Robert Tercek was named president of digital media for the Oprah Winfrey Network. Tercek previously founded and launched several digital entertainment companies, most recently as co-founder of the social media Web sites Comedy.com and PeopleJam. Tercek was previously CMO of MForma Group.
