Tingle to head Specific Media in Manchester; Theorem grows in Soho; Anderson takes on new Multimap.com role at Microsoft
Behavioral targeting ad network, Specific Media, has opened an office in Manchester to service clients in the North of England, Scotland, and Wales. Martin Tingle, formerly of Media Sales Network, has been appointed to head up the new operation. In his new role, Tingle will be responsible for launching the new office, and further establishing Specific Media’s presence across the U.K.
Online media operations and data services firm, Theorem, has appointed Philip Stromeyer as manager of client services, and expanded its U.K. office. In the newly created role, Stromeyer will be responsible for managing services for Theorem’s clients in Europe, the Middle-East, and Africa, based out of the firm’s new offices in Soho.
Microsoft has appointed Stuart Anderson as marketing communications manager, mapping and local, EMEA, and will be tasked with defining and implementing a marketing strategy to acquire new customers for Multimap.com. Anderson moves from the role of UK online consumer marketing manager where he spent eight years developing and executing campaigns to promote Microsoft’s consumer online products including Hotmail, Messenger, Live Search and MSN.
