Air America restructures its sales team; Drew Schutte is promoted at Condé Nast Digital.

Air America realigned its online, video, and radio platforms. Scott Elberg will head the department and new hires. He has been with Air America since 2005, first serving as VP and GM of WLIB-AM, and as CEO and COO since 2007. He previously worked in radio sales, sales management, and general management at New York radio outlets. Additional sales staff appointments include senior sellers Lory George, Terry Howard, Angela Loftus, and Joe Kenavan.

Drew Schutte was promoted at Condé Nast Digital. Schutte was named senior vice president and chief revenue officer, a newly-created position. He will be responsible for sales and marketing for the property and manage the consolidated digital sales team. Schutte was most recently VP and publisher of The New Yorker, a position he held since January 2007. Previously he was VP and publishing director of Wired Media, a magazine that he joined in 1994 as West Coast advertising manager.

Acxiom named Michael Darviche CMO. Darviche was cofounder and general manager of Bigfoot Interactive, which was later bought by Epsilon. Most recently Darviche was CEO and founder of Flash Capital Systems, a New York-based startup providing data-driven customer monitoring services.

Viacom signed with comScore Video Metrix. Viacom is comScore’s 100th syndicated video measurement service client. The service measures video consumption with the use of a panel to understand the motivation behind the people viewing the online video.

GlobalSpec provides search capabilities for appliance Design. GlobalSpec is providing appliance Design specification-based search technology on its site applianceDesign.com, which is read by design engineers in the residential and commercial appliance industry.
