New pay per lead portal to connect consumers, local businesses.
The company formerly known as Next Phase Media has launched a portal at Reply.com to connect consumers to local businesses, which pay per lead. The company has also re-named itself as Reply! Inc.
The portal, like similar site Respond.com, aims to be a one-stop resource for consumers looking for homes, cars, home improvement contractors, moving services, insurance services and financing. Reply.com brings together resources previously found on standalone sites iMotors, OpenAuto, RealtyNow, AgentConnect, iCastle and CarClub.
“Reply basically brought all these services under one umbrella, one brand, so that users only have to go to one site,” said Reply! CEO Payam Zamani.
Advertisers pay a set amount per lead, which varies depending on the category. So far, Reply.com has 12,000 advertisers.
Besides Respond.com, Reply.com’s main competitors will likely be the vertical players like Autobytel, Cars.com and Lending Tree.
