Tacoda names a director of marketing; Revenue Science signs four clients; GSN hires a VP of ad sales.

Tacoda hired David Markowitz as director of marketing. Markowitz joins from DataSynapse, where he was VP of product marketing for two years. Earlier , he held VP roles with software developers Caminus and ZAI*NET.

Revenue Science, another behavioral targeting player, signed four clients. Autobytel, Bolt Media, Morningstar.com and SmartMoney.com will implement the company’s platform and services.

GSN, a TV network with game-related programming, hired Christopher Raleigh as VP of ad sales. Raleigh will oversee all sales staff and operations for the GSN TV network and its companion Web site at GSN.com. He had been VP of ad sales at Tech TV since 2000.
