THINK New Ideas Inc. in New York City named former Ogilvy & Mather partner and worldwide account director Todd Smith as senior vice president/director of client services in Los Angeles, and international account director for Oracle.

Smith was most recently responsible for leading the worldwide integrated marketing efforts for Lotus Development Corp. while at Ogilvy & Mather.

In 1996, he led three integrated global product launches for IBM Software–IBM Software Servers, OS/2Warp Server and OS/2 Warp 4.

He was previously responsible for the overall strategic direction for the Microsoft account as a management supervisor and supervised the Compaq Computer Corp. account.
