A new report carried out by Adobe and Econsultancy has revealed the most important digital trends, challenges and opportunities that marketers are said to be prioritising over the next 12 months.
The 2014 Digital Trends Briefing, based on a global survey of over 2,500 marketers and internet professionals, reveals that 20% of client-side survey respondents singled out customer experience as the most exciting opportunity for 2014, with 25% of B2B marketers preferring content marketing as the most promising trend.
According to the data, nearly two-thirds of respondents said they are looking forward to experimenting with their digital marketing activities in 2014, though only 23% believe they actually have the marketing tech they need to pull this off.
