58% of marketers to increase their content marketing budgets in 2014

According to a new study from LinkedIn, 93% of surveyed business to business (B2B) marketers are utilising content marketing to create compelling messages about their brands, and are embracing social media as a means to spread these ideas across the internet.

According to a new study from LinkedIn, 93% of surveyed business to business (B2B) marketers are utilising content marketing to create compelling messages about their brands, and are embracing social media as a means to spread these ideas across the internet.

The below infographic reveals that 58% of those questioned are in plans to increase their content marketing budgets over the next year.

As well as this, 87% of content marketers are using social media platforms as part of their marketing tactics, with 91% favouring LinkedIn over Twitter or Facebook, used by 85% and 81% of those surveyed.
