Andy Beal, author of "Repped," gives a few tips on how to manage, monitor, and repair your online reputation.
During his keynote session on day two of ClickZ Live New York, Andy Beal, chief executive of Trackur.com and author of Repped, spoke about the importance of reputation management and how when it’s done right, it can lead to a solid foundation and, more importantly, a strong bottom line.
“The better [online] reputation you have, the better your customers will talk about you, [and] the less you will have to spend on marketing,” Beal said.
ClickZ caught up with Beal after his keynote to find out what some of the biggest reputation blunders he has seen are. We also asked him for a few tips to avoid a reputation crisis, as well as how to repair one if mistakes have already been made. Watch the video below to hear what he had to say.
