Execs & Accounts: Engauge, Hulu, Buzzwire

Engauge hires former Coca-Cola interactive exec; Hulu to use Quantcast; Buzzwire hires Greg Osberg.

Karna Crawford joined Engauge, a media and digital marketing agency. Crawford’s role is executive vice president, chief media and connections officer. Crawford was director of media and interactive at Coca-Cola’s Sparkling business unit where she led a team that handled the unit’s media strategy and planning, including for online and other emerging channels.

Hulu and Broadband Enterprises adopted Quantcast to deliver audience insights. Quantcast will provide audience insights and packaging capabilities to advertising partners of Hulu and Broadcast Enterprises. The data are expected to aid planning discussions for advertisers.

Greg Osberg, former president and worldwide publisher at Newsweek, joined Buzzwire as CEO. Buzzwire’s founder and former CEO, Andrew MacFarlane, will remain involved with the company as chairman and chief product officer. He will continue to drive product strategy and delivery.

Todd Tilford was named to Grey New York’s executive team. Tillford, executive creative director, has been running his own creative consultancy for the past two years. He has been a creative consult for Crispin Portor Bogusky in Boulder and Core in Saint Louis. Tilford’s first exposure in the industry was as a founder and creative director of Pyro in Dallas, a boutique that started as The Richards Group’s marketing innovation lab.
