Bay Area's Real Branding fills two director-level posts; Reuters hires an advertiser/agency liaison for digital channels.
Bay Area interactive agency Real Branding filled two director-level posts. Damon Bethel joins as associate media director, and Sara Stein comes on as interactive account director. Both will be based in New York. East Coast clients include Unilever and HBO.
Reuters hired Whitney Tipton as an advertiser/agency liaison for its digital channels. She most recently worked for Ziff Davis Media as district sales manager for 1UP.com in Los Angeles. She also held account managment posts with CBS Sportsline.com and CBS Marketwatch.
T3 hired Jill Runyon as a senior account executive. She joins from Milici Valenti Ng Pack in Honolulu.
The Advertising Research Foundation hired Lisa Malone as director of marketing. She worked on the John Kerry for president campaign staff and held senior marketing posts with Rockwood Realty and JP Morgan.
ExactTarget said it added 250 email marketing customers during the first quarter of 2005. Wins include ATA, Sabre Holdings, BNP Media, and Kiwanis International.
Accipiter hired East and West Coast sales directors. Dana Tower joins in New York after working for Corbis marketing software unit FastForward. Randy Grey, who joins in San Francisco, was an account executive at ClearChannel.
Primedia hired Shari Gunn as VP of marketing in its consumer automotive group. In the role, she’ll help develop integrated marketing programs for advertisers.
GameDAILY hired Kevin Gianatiempo as VP of sales. He joins from Tribal Fusion, where he managed online ad campaigns for Verizon Wireless, Monster.com and Google.
