Fallon creates interactive billboard for Time Magazine; DMA names Wetzler to SEM council.

Using the Reuters sign in Times Square, Fallon created an interactive billboard to promote Time Magazine‘s Person of the Year. Headshots of nominees like Condoleeza Rice and Lance Armstrong are rotated with the faces of ordinary Web surfers who upload their headshots at IMPOY.com. Those who have their image chosen for the Reuters sign are emailed a link to a photo showing their mug displayed there.

The Direct Marketing Association named Andrew Wetzler as membership chair of its search engine marketing council. Wetzler is the president and co-founder of MoreVisibility.

Quaero hired two execs to its marketing performance management division. Lane Michel joins as EVP & managing director and Ari Buchwald as VP.

Return Path promoted Leslie Price to senior product manager of accreditation services, a new post with oversight of the bonded sender program. Price joined Return Path in 2004 as its director of ISP relations.

AirShares Elite tapped to Atomic Fusion to build its marketing site. The company offers a timeshare ownership model for airplanes.
