LendingTree names Euro RSCG to handle integrated marketing; Gorilla Nation hires Foltz as CFO.
LendingTree tapped Euro RSCG as its integrated agency of record. The online lending exchange and IAC subsidiary is the first new client for the agency following the integration of its Euro RSCG 4D digital shop into the Euro RSCG New York office.
Gorilla Nation named Bill Foltz chief financial officer. The online ad rep firm created the position for Foltz, who was previously a partner and managing principal at Sports Business Ventures.
Digital marketing firm Eyeblaster appointed Michael Kelly as chairman of the board. Kelly is the former president of AOL Media Networks.
E-mail management company Mimecast named Mike Hedger chairman. Hedger is the former chief executive officer of KVS.
Message Systems hired Mike Petonic as director of sales, U.S. West. The e-mail technology provider also promoted Kim Matz to director of sales, U.S. East.
