infoUSA taps an agency for online branding; NADAguides.com extends with Jumpstart; PointRoll hires three.
Database seller infoUSA tapped Agency.com to manage online advertising and marketing campaigns. “infoUSA’s online sales have grown substantially, giving rise to the need for distinctive online branding and marketing campaigns,” said Vin Gupta, infoUSA chairman and CEO.
NADAguides.com extended its contract with online media representative Jumpstart Digital Marketing. Since 2000, Jumpstart has managed all ad inventory sold on NADAguides.com, in the process placing ads for “every domestic and foreign automaker.” In the last four years, ad sales grew from $10,000 to above $2 million.
PointRoll hired three in account management and technical sales. Natalie Moore joins as account manager in Chicago, Sarah Gomez as technical sales engineer in New York, and Elizabeth Connolly as junior account manager in Fort Washington,Penn.
IAB PR head Emily Kutner has left to join Forbes.com as director of communications. She replaces Debbie Weathers, who moves up to director of editorial communications, promoting the site’s content.
Online behavior research firm Blue Bear hired Wendy Kincaid as sales administration manager. The Cincinnati firm’s clients include American Express, Ford Motor Company, Aetna, and Clairol.
