Siegel & Gale promotes Cieslak; Digitas hires a chief administrative officer; UV names a West coast sales director.

Branding firm Siegel & Gale promoted Jason Cieslak to executive director of interactive media. Cieslak has led the Omnicom agency’s interactive media practice since 1999, advising clients like AOL for Broadband, Lexus and Microsoft. Earlier, he was marketing director for Lee & Associates.

Digitas hired Cella Irvine as chief administrative officer. Irvine will lead corporate infrastructural and strategic planning for the agency.

United Virtualities tapped Jeremy Aaronson as West coast sales director, a newly created position. He joins from Longview Media, where he was a senior sales exec.
