Viewpoint hires a general manager for its search products; Think names Jim Banks to lead Hong Kong office; Bazaarvoice adds to board.
Viewpoint hired Tony D’Anna as VP and general manager of its search products group. He joins from Dell, where he directed a sales organization responsible for approximately 150 direct sales stores. Earlier, he managed operations for Sony’s direct sales business.
Think Partnership named Jim Banks to lead its new office in Hong Kong, which will operate under the name MarketSmart. Banks joined from Web Diversity, which Think acquired recently.
Bazaarvoice, an outsourcer of user reviews for e-commerce sites, named Ed Keller to its board. Keller is CEO of the Keller Fay Group and author of “The Influentials.”
Interactive agency Behavior Design added two clients. Adecco retained the firm to develop sites for its Adecco and Ajilon units, and Connected Ventures tapped it to redesign its t-shirt site Defunker.com. Behavior Design also recently completed site design projects for Unilever’s Country Crock brand and the HBO drama Deadwood.
IMN, a digital communications service provider, hired Jo Ellen Collins as VP of marketing. Collins was director of marketing communications with Nuance and head of channel and customer marketing for Workscape.
