TBWAChiatDay names Shane Ankeney to new audience planning role; TargetSpot lands more stations.

TBWAChiatDay hired Shane Ankeney as executive director of audience planning. The agency created the post for Ankeney as part of its plan to develop a Media Arts practice in its New York office. He was previously at Doner as EVP, chief media officer.

TargetSpot signed on three radio stations for streaming media advertising. Nassau Broadcasting Partners, Soundpedia.com and FNX Radio will use TargetSpot to create customized audio, video, banner and text ads for their streaming media feeds.

Shift Control Media named Marc Gaccione director of business development. The branded casual game development company hired Gaccione from rich media firm Eyeblaster.
