Agency.com's Dorian Sweet goes to Tribal DDB; Browning departs Organic.

Tribal DDB named Dorian Sweet as executive creative director in its San Francisco office. Sweet joins from Agency.com, where he was creative director leading online advertising and Web development.

Heidi Browning has left Organic. The interactive agency’s executive media director starts a new job Monday, but declined to identify the company.

MustHaveFashions tapped Zunch Communications to handle its search engine optimization. The online apparel and accessories retailer will use Zunch’s Web analytics tool, ZwebTulz.

Feedster hired Alan Graham as community liaison. Graham is an author, blogger, and columnist for O’Reilly and Associates.
